Jason embarked on his legal journey in 2004, initially specializing as a title attorney. Over eight years, he navigated thousands of closings, honing his expertise in the intricacies of real estate law. In 2012, Jason shifted gears, channeling his wealth of experience into the creation of RLAH Real Estate. Throughout the past decade, he has been dedicated to facilitating seamless contract negotiations, adeptly guiding both buyers and sellers through complex disputes with an unwavering commitment to finding optimal solutions.


Notably, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape. He past-chaired the Forms Committee for GCAAR, where he actively contributed to drafting contracts used by buyers and sellers in Montgomery County, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Furthermore, Jason has been an integral part of the Bright MLS Board of Directors since its inception, representing a vast region covering Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Currently holding the position of Secretary, one of the four officer positions, Jason continues to bring his insightful leadership to the forefront of the real estate industry.



Justin Levitch

Justin's journey in real estate began when, while pursuing an Entrepreneurship Degree at the University of North Texas in 2006, he joined his family's real estate team as a sales associate. His innate talent and dedication propelled him to achieve individual, elite sales levels, setting him apart even within his well-established family's ranks.


Recognizing Justin's exceptional capabilities, he was offered the prestigious position of Managing Broker for a nationally recognized company. As the youngest broker in his network, Justin's strategic leadership transformed his office from the "worst to first" in his geographic region, earning him internal acclaim.


Justin's commitment to excellence extends beyond his role, as evidenced by his past service on the MetroTex Board of Realtors in Dallas/Fort Worth and the GCAAR Board of Directors in the Washington Metropolitan area.


Heath Graves

After a successful career in real estate sales, Heath was asked to serve as a Managing Broker with a focus on business development for a firm of over four-hundred agents. With a background in sports marketing/communication, Heath views the industry and his role as a true partnership between Realtor/client and Broker/agent—taking a team-based, collaborative, yet customized approach that builds trust and propels the process.


Heath works closely with management in both internal and external aspects that help facilitate agent needs, additional services and brokerage development. Outside of real estate, Heath is probably watching baseball games, working out, playing with his two pups, woodworking, or planning his next family trip.

As a Managing Broker for one of the DMV’s largest real estate brokerages, Jenny Dodd supports hundreds of Realtors® through their transactions and is an essential team player in the daily operations of the firm. Having transitioned from her previous roles to become a full-time real estate agent, and later assistant to the CEO and Principal Broker, Jenny is now a go-to resource for agents seeking guidance and troubleshooting.
